The DeployAI project aims to build and operate a European AI on Demand Platform (AIoDP). To this end, DeployAI brings together industry representatives and research institutions. The aim is to provide trustworthy, ethical, and transparent European AI solutions for use in industry – especially small and medium enterprises – and the public sector.

Fraunhofer SCAI mainly brings its experience in operating and running efficient large-scale computations on High-Performance-Computing resources and implementing them into highly reliable, stable platforms. In the ”Interoperability Work Package,“ SCAI will contribute its expertise in integrating and orchestrating digital e-infrastructure services to ensure that the AI-on-demand platform seamlessly interoperates with the existing European ecosystem, including data and compute infrastructures.

DeployAI is funded by the European Commission. The total budget is about 28 million euros.
