What is it about?

The participating institutes want to use rational, data-driven modeling to enable individual risk assessments in order to improve the prognosis of disease progression and to optimize personalized therapies and their evaluation based on objective, standardized criteria. Thus, the project contributes to making it possible to live with the pandemic and return to economic and social normality.

Approach

For the mathematical modeling, the company uses its own international data, data generated in partnerships or published by third parties (e.g. clinical study data). This database is transferred into a learning AI ecosystem that performs a personalized risk assessment.

Connectivity

The project should help to rationally minimize restrictions of freedom in our society. It is to become part of the "National Covid19 Research Network of University Medicine" coordinated by the Charité, with the aim of developing guidelines for treatment strategies for coming pandemics. It would be the first example of a comprehensive, multidisciplinary and integrative risk model.
