In order to gain an initial insight into which active substances are being investigated in connection with epilepsy and what the current state of knowledge is, we are developing a question-and-answer system a la "Watson" for the Neuroalliance project. Depending on the application, large document corpora can be screened for biomedical correlations.

Example: The request "Find me all articles that report on active substances in connection with epilepsy" provides about 54,000 documents. Within a short time, all documents are processed and can then be analyzed and processed.

.As a result, the expert receives a list of known active substances sorted by relevance. These can now be further restricted and analyzed.
